Job description

The Call Centre Agent will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to queries, and providing timely support and information.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  2. Provide accurate information and basic support to callers based on standard procedures
  3. Route calls to relevant departments or personnel efficiently
  4. Log and track calls and ensure accurate data entry in the system
  5. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and customer service at all times
  6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
  7. Support communication needs between office teams and field operations
