Senior Manager - Recruitment | Emiratization Specialist | Connecting Talent with Transformative Opportunities Across Middle East

Position: Call Center Agent

Contract: 6 Months

Salary: 5000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently to address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Data Entry: Log customer interactions, issues, and feedback in the CRM system with attention to detail.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct necessary follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Service Quality: Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
