Job Description

The Call Center Agent serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Working in a busy customer service environment in the UAE, the agent ensures prompt assistance, maintains customer satisfaction, and accurately logs information in systems.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Making outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional purposes.
  • Resolving customer complaints, queries, or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Logging all interactions in the CRM system with accurate and complete details.
  • Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) for call handling, resolution times, and quality standards.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
  • Maintaining a high standard of communication and compliance with UAE call center regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer support role.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
