Desired Skill & Expertise

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is an advantage.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
7. UAE National with Family Book.
