Call Center Agent

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and customer concerns
  2. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt service delivery
  4. Promote company services and upsell when applicable
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively

Requirements:
  1. 2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  2. Strong communication and active listening skills
  3. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  4. High School Diploma or equivalent
  5. Good typing and multitasking abilities
