CAD ID Fit Out Draftsman

Job Description

As a draughtsman, you will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, cut lists, and as-built drawings. Your tasks will include:

1. Preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and related details.
2. Preparing shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by the Design Coordinator.
3. Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC drawings and other trades.
4. Managing ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines.
5. Managing and filing drawings.
6. Preparing detailed cut-list drawings for production as per the approved shop drawing and following up with production and site installation.
7. Coordinating and preparing interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions.
8. Dealing with inquiries, quantity take-off, and BOQ preparation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or ITI
