Job summary

International School Abu Dhabi is seeking a CAD/CAM Specialist Design & Technology Teacher for KS3–KS5. The role focuses on delivering engaging D&T lessons, developing students' CAD/CAM and digital fabrication skills, and supporting prototyping through to manufacture.

Open to ECTs and teachers with KS4 experience, with induction and professional development provided. This position offers a tax-free salary, housing accommodation or a housing allowance, medical insurance, and visa costs

Qualifications

Experience with CAD, 3D modelling and digital fabrication.
Able to teach KS3–KS5; GCSE/AS/A Level experience where applicable.
ECT induction welcome and supported by the school.
Deliver engaging practical and project-based lessons.

Responsibilities

Teach Design & Technology across KS3–KS5, including GCSE/A Level where applicable.
Develop students' CAD/CAM, digital design and manufacturing skills.
Deliver engaging, practical and project-based lessons.
Support students from initial design concepts through prototyping and manufacture.
Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and workshop safety.
Contribute to the development of the D&T curriculum and department.
