CAD Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate the value of ZWSOFT products to clients and resellers in France by providing tailored product solutions and effectively resolving software application issues.
2. Collect and analyze local market demand and competitive product information to develop and optimize empowering resources for resellers. This includes creating and enhancing pre-sales and post-sales support materials and localizing and optimizing training materials for resellers.
3. Gather software usage scenarios from customer support, compile reports to enhance team experience, and improve product competitiveness.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create resources and provide technical support for customer case studies, exhibitions, seminars, and other events.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
2. Over 5 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, with expertise in at least one CAD application area such as urban planning, road and bridge design, or civil design.
3. Proficient in using mainstream CAD design software like AutoCAD/ZWCAD/BrisCAD, with a preference for candidates familiar with Civil 3D/Covadis or ArcGIS/Spatial Manager.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on being optimistic, resilient under pressure, and self-driven.
5. Proficiency in English.
