A leading airline is seeking a Training Coordinator in Dubai to manage administrative processes for the Cabin Crew Training program. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in office applications to support a dynamic learning environment while offering tax-free salary and global travel benefits.
To support the Cabin Crew Training - General Operations Partner in coordinating and facilitating all administrative responsibilities, including the maintenance and procurement of training materials and equipment. Providing technical support to both learners and the training team. Acting as the Health and Safety Champion. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders such as Facilities Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of the CCT facility.

Qualifications & Experience
In-Flight Service / In-flight Administration : 3+ Years
Qualifications :
12 Years schooling or equivalent :
Experience in similar administration and support roles, preferably in a complex, multidisciplinary learning environment.
Ability to handle different systems and applications
Proficiency in using all office applications (e.g. PowerPoints, excel, word)
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Strong organisation skills and time management
