Job summary

Etihad Airways is recruiting Cabin Crew in Abu Dhabi to represent the airline globally, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high safety standards on every flight. You will join a multicultural team and have opportunities to progress toward Cabin Senior as you grow with the airline.

Applicants should be fluent in English, aged 21 or older, with a minimum height of 163 cm and a high school diploma. Relocation and comprehensive benefits are provided as part of the package.

What we’re looking for

At least 21 years old

At least 163cm tall

A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)

Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)

No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform

Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle

Guest-focused, with a genuine commitment to creating exceptional experiences

What you’ll earn

Tax-free salary: Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster.

Economy → Business Class from 12 months

Business Class → Cabin Senior from 12 months

Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager from 24 months

Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
