Job summary

Velora in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Cabin Cleaning Leader responsible for supervising a small team, allocating tasks, and ensuring turnaround timelines are met.

You will conduct first-line inspections, maintain records, and enforce safety and hygiene standards while coordinating with the supervisor to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or cabin appearance operations.
• Previous experience leading, guiding, or coordinating a small operational team is preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft cabin cleaning procedures, airline cleaning standards, inspections, hygiene, safety and security requirements.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong understanding of aircraft cabin cleaning processes and turnaround requirements.
• Ability to allocate tasks and coordinate team activities effectively.
• Experience conducting inspections and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Leadership and team guidance skills.
• Accurate record-keeping and clear communication skills.
• Ability to identify and escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate an assigned cabin cleaning team to ensure aircraft cleaning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within turnaround timelines.
• Allocate duties, brief team members, and monitor cleaning progress against airline service standards and operational requirements.
• Conduct first-line inspections of completed cabin areas and ensure cleaning deficiencies are rectified promptly.
• Maintain attendance, inspection, and operational records while escalating service, conduct, resource, or operational issues to the Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, hygiene, chemical handling, and waste management procedures.
