CAAM Certifying Technician - Line Maintenance (Relocation to Singapore)

As a CAT A certifying technician, you will:

1. Primarily perform certification for the release of an aircraft on line maintenance, which requires only simple and routine tasks.
2. Carry out minor scheduled line maintenance tasks and simple defect rectification within the limitations stated in the Authorization certificate.

Examples of tasks authorized for a CAT A license holder include, but are not limited to, replacement of wheels, routine fluid servicing, opening and closing of cowlings, and quick access panels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and certification of aircraft handled by Line Maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance is performed at the highest level in accordance with relevant technical data.
• Stay updated on current and new technical and quality notices.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to facilitate aircraft departure and improve dispatch reliability, including delay management and reporting.
• Complete all required documentation for aircraft maintenance performed during the shift, with proper signing and stamping before clocking out.
• Accept training opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Knowledge / Skill Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in English reading and writing.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Accurate and conscientious work ethic.
• Decisiveness.
• Willingness to work in a shift system.

Education / Experience:

• Valid Aircraft Maintenance License as CAT A with over 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience on commercial Airbus/Boeing aircraft.
