Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong expertise in algorithms and data structures
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a C++ developer
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with Linux
• Excellent design, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills applicable to a dynamic trading environment
• Self-sufficient work style with minimal guidance, motivated to learn existing operations and uncover hidden problems
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple daily tasks, and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop parts of the core engine of our trading platform
• Write efficient data structures to store and manage stock market information
• Build maintain and support our trading platforms while continuously improving performance functionality and stability
• Design develop test and deploy elegant software solutions across the firm
• Partner with business leaders to define priorities and deliver custom solutions
• Analyze complex business and technical problems and make sound decisions proactively and in a self-directed manner
• Provide timely systems support for trading activities
