The Customer Technical Training Specialist / Registrar supports the C-17 Program in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role sits within Training Services and reports to the Senior Manager Training Services. The incumbent will operate in a regulated military training environment supporting flight operations and maintenance readiness. The position requires close collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams including instructors, flight operations personnel, and maintenance staff. This role is an individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate student and instructor records, coordinating schedules and facilities, supporting the delivery and evaluation of technical training, and producing data visualizations to support decision making.

Position Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform the following duties

• Maintain, update, and disseminate training documentation and student records
• Track enrollment, instructor assignments, and flight operations maintenance training requirements
• Coordinate development, delivery, and evaluation of technical training courses
• Analyze training data and produce visualizations to ensure accuracy and quality of training products

Basic Qualifications Required Skills Experience
