Your responsibilities

  • Design, recommend and / or decide (depending on spend and RACI) the strategy, sourcing and contracting of key Pack spends optimizing sourcing and supplier base that will generate competitive advantage in operations.
  • Continuously improve supplier performance including the service and quality.
  • Interface regularly with External Manufacturing Organizations for compliance to sourcing strategy and compliance.
  • Identify risks and opportunities involved in each sourcing process.
  • Provide contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply of his/her portfolio of materials.
  • Recommend and meet Procurement plan/forecast assumptions for the materials under his/her responsibilities.
  • Closely follow commodity feedstock information and develop in-depth understanding of market dynamics to proactively take actions on timing and extension of sourcing process and contracts.
The experience we're looking for

  • Experience in Procurement, at least 3 years.
  • High degree of fluency of English is required for negotiations and internal communications.
  • Degree qualified preferably in Procurement, Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, or other relevant discipline.
  • Ability to work in a truly global organisation and under pressure most of the time.
  • Capabilities and experience in negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
