Abu Dhabi Ports is seeking a Buyer Development leader to build and manage the UAE buyer universe for ADFH and develop strategic relationships with priority buyers and decisionmakers.

You will drive buyer acquisition, activation, and market initiatives, while sustaining a high-quality buyer pipeline and CRM to support tenant success and market access. This role requires strong business development, CRM proficiency, and analytical capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, account management and business-development tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage the UAE buyer universe for ADFH.
• Develop relationships with priority food buyers and decisionmakers.
• Drive buyer acquisition and activation.
• Generate commercial opportunities for ADFH tenants.
• Facilitate tenant buyer matchmaking.
• Lead buyer-focused market activation initiatives.
• Capture and communicate buyer intelligence.
• Maintain a high-quality buyer pipeline and CRM.
• Support tenant success and retention through market access.
• Ensure buyer development activity is aligned with ADFH s overall commercial strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop the Buyer Development team.
• Establish objectives, KPIs and accountabilities for team members.
• Coordinate with other ADFH commercial and operational functions.
• Contribute to the development of ADFH as a major food trading ecosystem.
• Develop the buyer-side network to support tenant acquisition and success.
