A leading fashion brand seeks an experienced Buyer for Smart womenswear. This role requires strategic leadership in buying, strong P&L management, and collaboration across teams to optimize brand performance and drive financial success.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Buyer- Smart womenwear to lead buying strategy, manage product development, and optimize financial performance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P&L management, turnover %, revenue growth, cost negotiation, and brand/category management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive buying strategy aligned with business goals
Manage category-level P&L, turnover %, and revenue targets
Negotiate costs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure margin improvement
Oversee brand performance and range planning
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely execution and delivery
Requirements:
8–9 years of experience in a buying or merchandising role
Strong analytical and commercial skills with proven financial impact
Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
Experience in product lifecycle and brand/category growth
