• Knowledgeable of Purchase Operations including Purchase Orders and Quotations.

Position Title: Buyer (2 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A top-tier Hospitality & Leisure group rooted in Dubai, known for its exquisite offerings and unmatched service. Job Description: • Receiving of Purchase Request / RFP, RFI (complete with proper information) • Sourcing out product, prices, quality and suppliers. Prepare price comparisons. • Preparing Purchase Order via ERP system / manual. Follow up of open PO. Quarterly reports on Pending Orders & Pending Purchase Requests. Filing of quotations, memos, faxes, PO's etc. • Filing of quotations, memos, faxes, PO's etc.

• Male, 40 years old and below • At least 2 years UAE experience in similar role from construction/fit-out works and a technical background in MEP and Civil Engineering • Must have experience using ERP tools • Must be knowledgeable of Purchase Operations (Purchase Order, Quotations, Sourcing suppliers)
