About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Butler to join the Guest Relations Team in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Acting as the main contact for guests and ensuring flawless communication with other departments to execute requests and provide the highest level of service.
- Assisting both guests and associates in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Extending a warm welcome to all guests and visitors in the lobby and other hotel areas.
- Identifying and anticipating guest needs and assisting in any possible way.
- Assisting guests with inquiries about the hotel and its facilities, as well as daily events and functions, and upselling the hotel's restaurants and facilities.
- Conducting property show-arounds and room orientations for visitors/guests.
- Ensuring correct protocol and treatment is extended to high-profile VIP guests.
- Maintaining the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details are disclosed.
- Providing an approachable, helpful, and friendly service to guests and colleagues.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
