Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Butler, your responsibilities will include:

1. Welcoming guests upon arrival and conducting a general orientation of the Suite / Villa.
2. Acting as a point of contact for guests during their stay, assisting with any arrangements or requests.
3. Identifying and anticipating guest needs to ensure personalized service.
4. Liaising with the Front Office Guest Service Team and other relevant departments to fulfill guest requests, such as in-room dining, restaurant bookings, laundry, spa appointments, and special occasions.
5. Coordinating with departments requiring access to Suites / Villas for operational purposes, ensuring discreet access while respecting guest privacy.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of in-room facilities, services, and technology.
7. Informing guests about hotel facilities, services, promotions, and activities in an informative and helpful manner.
8. Updating guest feedback using QMS, Glitch, or PMS systems.
9. Ensuring a presence during guest departure to bid farewell.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should have at least 1 year of experience in the Front Office within a similar role. Good English communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential. Being computer literate and having previous experience with Opera is advantageous.
