Job summary

T.Choithram & Sons LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced butcher to support a busy retail butcher counter. You will perform meat cutting, trimming, deboning, portioning, mincing, roasting and marinating while ensuring high food safety standards.

Responsibilities include preparing meat products, providing excellent customer service, monitoring stock, and maintaining hygiene and sanitation. Arabic is a plus; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• HSE qualification with an aptitude for the role, or SCC with relevant butchery certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Butcher in food retail or F&B.
• Good English communication and conversational skills; basic reading and writing in English is essential.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
