Our client is seeking a Business Unit HR Specialist for their Corporate Office department. The role's purpose is to ensure HR programs and services are delivered professionally and effectively to the HR client base. It primarily delivers the organization's HR People Agenda on the front line, as well as consulting and advising line management on a broad range of HR policies and people issues to foster and maintain positive employee relations and engagement levels within the workforce.
The candidate should be able to guide and support the assigned business units in executing key HR policies and processes, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, National Development, and Organization Structure. They should be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with People Managers across the business units and provide dedicated advisory support for HR program delivery, ensuring effective communication between centralized HR and the business units.
The candidate should also liaise with team members, work collaboratively to reach targets, and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives, promoting and monitoring responses.
Requirements include a Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized university, with business degrees including modules related to HR or operations management. A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR management experience is required. The role is generalist in nature, requiring knowledge and skills across all HR facets. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet) and fluency in English are essential; Arabic language skills are desirable.
