Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Director for our Unified
Communications and Collaboration (UCC) & Infrastructure division. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all operations within
the UCC & Infrastructure business unit, ensuring the achievement of
business goals and objectives. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and
possess significant leadership experience in the UCC & Infrastructure
industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance
  profitability and productivity within the UCC & Infrastructure
  business unit.
  
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve
  business and performance goals.
  
• Oversee all operations and business activities of
  the UCC & Infrastructure unit to ensure they produce desired results.
  
• Manage resources and budget to achieve financial
  and business objectives.
  
• Identify and address problems and opportunities
  for the UCC & Infrastructure business unit.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  and vendors.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify
  opportunities and key issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and
  industry regulations.
  
• Report performance data and forecasts to
  executive management.
  
• Implement change management initiatives as

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a
