Description

Role: Business Support Officer

Location: Sharjah

Role Purpose:
Focal point between ROs, Internal & External Stakeholders, and Vendors.

  • Support the team in customer transactions and queries.
  • Ensure timely and effective customer service in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with business partners to ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Monitor accounts opened by ROs, ensure zero discrepancies, and follow up on missing documents.
Key Accountabilities
  • Handle complaints and ensure resolution within agreed TAT.
  • Monitor account quality, ensure zero discrepancies, and work to reduce discrepancies.
  • Serve as focal point between ROs and outsourced sales agency.
  • Coordinate between ROs and internal departments (HR, OPS, GCD).
  • Support ROs to facilitate better customer service without compromising policies.
  • Assist ROs with legal approvals, RIM creation, and activation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain turnaround times.
  • Perform tasks assigned by management.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Masters/Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influence skills.
  • Knowledge of products, services, and bank policies.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience

3-5 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in documentation and operations.
