Position: Business Support and Demo Specialist Location: UAE based
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Business Support and Demo Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, supporting internal teams, and enhancing client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product demos for clients both in-person and virtually (via Teams/Zoom) using PowerPoint presentations and other tools.
Support internal teams by coordinating activities, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication.
Assist with client onboarding and training, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Prepare professional presentations, documentation, and reports.
Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring effective feedback communication.
Support the development and optimization of business processes to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a client-facing or business support role is an advantage. UAE based candidates only.
