Business Solutions Specialist (Revenue Integrity)

As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the airline's revenue-related processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Your primary goal is to maximize revenue while minimizing discrepancies or errors that could lead to financial losses. The role involves close collaboration with departments such as RM, Sales, and IT to streamline processes, reconcile data, and implement best practices for revenue assurance while ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience.

Accountabilities

1. Perform business user acceptance testing of code releases of existing and new systems. Document the results of test cases as part of acceptance criteria.
2. Document and maintain standard operating procedures across all RI Solutions.
3. Monitor systems health using control check reports and dashboards based on defined periodicity (daily/weekly/monthly) and take proactive actions for optimal system performance.
4. Raise support trackers for issues identified in the RI systems with the respective system providers and work for resolution of trackers with weekly support calls.
5. Develop and maintain revenue integrity business processes to identify and cancel PNRs for inventory violations and raise agent debit memos as per Etihad’s policy.
6. Analyze and address inventory violations to maintain a robust booking platform.
7. Investigate and resolve ADMs and revenue recovery disputes with a customer-centric approach.
8. Analyze errors and patterns of discrepancies.
9. Support fraud investigations gathering evidence for further actions.

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent academic qualification.
2. 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Integrity preferred. In-depth knowledge of Amadeus GDS preferred.
3. Investigation and Analytical skills.
