Job description

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Architect with a strong focus on Digital Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying and driving digital transformation opportunities, engaging clients, and developing strategies to accelerate business growth. The role involves leveraging emerging technologies to create innovative solutions and fostering long-term client relationships to ensure sustainable revenue streams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive business opportunities in digital transformation, working closely with clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Lead Business Development initiatives, focusing on improving sales processes and customer engagement through digital strategies.
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with technology trends such as Private/Public Cloud, Managed Services, Big Data, IoT, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders, and IT decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Experts, and Client Managers to develop tailored digital solutions that drive customer success.
  • Engage with technology partners to explore business opportunities, partnerships, and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging business development methodologies to enhance client engagement and revenue generation.
  • Lead-generation, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Support the development of ROI-driven business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and investment justifications for digital transformation projects.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Graduate in Computer Engineering, preferably IT/Electronics and Communication.
  • MBA/PG in Business Administration, Sales, or Digital Transformation is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, , and Digital Sales Strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through digital initiatives.
  • Strong experience in Private/Public Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Managed Services, Big Data, IoT, and emerging technologies.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in Business development methodologies, customer engagement strategies, and digital sales techniques.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in costing sheets, NPV, proposals, ROI calculations, and OPEX models.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 9001, ROI, TCO, NPV, and financial modeling for business growth.
  • Ability to establish long-term relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
