Job description

Our client is a leading semi government entity that is looking to hire a Sales Manager - B2B experience that will oversee the performance of revenue generation and applications from channel partners. Lead B2B sales team by developing sales strategies, training, and supporting the team. Fosters relationships with channel partners to meet company goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Establish channel partner strategy, focusing on network growth and GP targets.

• Identify and pursue new channel partner opportunities to expand the network.

• Manage the Corporate Training team to provide high-quality training for staff and channel partners and oversee the Training Academy.

• Cultivate and maintain partner relationships to maximize GP while closing existing opportunities and onboarding new partners.

• Track and manage GP generated by each channel partner to meet department KPIs and ensure agents reach GP targets.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement the B2B sales strategy and drive organizational growth.

• Oversee performance management, serve as a point of contact for client issues and complaints, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge within the team.

• Monitor pipeline and CRM management and evaluate team performance using data and metrics. • Preparing periodic reports on a weekly and monthly and as and when required by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s Degree is desirable.

Years & nature of experience - 8+ years’ experience in sales with a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing teams

Technical Skills

• Proven experience in business development, relationship management and leadership roles.

• Business formation and legal knowledge.

• This role required significant travelling. Valid UAE driving license is required for the role.

Soft Skills

• Effective negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

• Customer service orientation and conflict resolution expertise.

• Strong communication, adaptability, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Language Skills

• English.

• Any second language is desirable.
