Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Setup Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will help entrepreneurs and businesses navigate the complexities of establishing their companies in the UAE, offering expert guidance and support through every step of the setup process. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a diverse range of businesses while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist clients in setting up companies in UAE mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions.
  2. Provide expert consultation on business structures, license types, and incorporation procedures.
  3. Handle the complete process of business setup including document preparation, government liaison, and follow-ups.
  4. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of each client’s application and provide regular updates on the status of their business setup process.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and answer queries throughout the process.
  6. Coordinate with government departments and free zone authorities (e.g., DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Dubai Municipality, various Free Zones).
  7. Assist clients with visa applications, establishment cards, labor quotas, and related services.
  8. Support clients with bank account openings and coordinate with banking partners when required.
  9. Ensure compliance with UAE legal and regulatory requirements.
  10. Monitor license renewals, amendments, and other post-incorporation services.
  11. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business setup, company formation, or PRO services in the UAE.
  3. Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and company laws.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
  7. A customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
