Job summary

Infibiz CSP in Dubai seeks a Business Setup Consultant (Malayali Female) to guide clients through Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore formation. The role requires fluency in Malayalam and English, strong communication, and a client-centric approach.

You will manage trade license applications, liaise with authorities, and ensure compliance with UAE laws. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years UAE experience in company formation, with knowledge of DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or any relevant field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in company formation or business setup.
• Solid understanding of UAE corporate laws and licensing procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the best business structure and jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
• Manage trade license applications, approvals, and renewals.
• Liaise with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Dubai Municipality, Free Zone Authorities).
• Ensure corporate compliance with UAE laws including ESR, UBO, AML requirements.
• Draft and process MOAs, board resolutions, NOCs, licenses, etc.
• Assist in opening corporate bank accounts and coordinate with banks.
• Maintain records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for new business acquisition and client conversion.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients for satisfaction and retention.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Malayali Female Business Setup Consultant with excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, a client-centric attitude, and strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures. The candidate will play a vital role in helping clients establish their businesses in Dubai (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the best business structure and jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their business needs.
• Manage the entire business setup lifecycle including trade license applications, approvals, and renewals.
• Liaise with government authorities such as DED, MOHRE, Dubai Municipality, Free Zone Authorities, etc.
• Ensure corporate compliance with UAE laws including ESR, UBO, and AML requirements.
• Draft, review, and process legal documents such as MOAs, board resolutions, NOCs, license applications, etc.
• Assist in opening corporate bank accounts for clients by coordinating with banks and preparing the required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for new business acquisition and client conversion.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Female candidates from a Malayali background (fluent in Malayalam & English).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or any relevant field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience in company formation/business setup.
• Solid understanding of UAE corporate laws and licensing procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with UAE Free Zones (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month (based on experience)
