Job Overview:

AL DUHA DOCUMENTS CLEARING is a leading international company incorporation and business services provider based in Dubai. We specialize in helping clients reduce costs, protect assets, and maximize profits by structuring their businesses for growth. Our comprehensive services include business setup assistance, company administration (registration, renewals, VAT returns, and auditing), and incorporation services for freezone, onshore, offshore, and mainland entities in the UAE and globally.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in reaching out to potential clients, educating them about our services, and converting inquiries into successful consultations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce AL Duha Document Clearing Services.
  2. Conduct consultation, manage a portfolio of clients, and advise them on the most appropriate setup for their desired business activity.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  4. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources. Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.
  5. Generate sales and develop business development strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
  6. Schedule consultations and appointments for prospective clients and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  7. Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges to the management team.
  8. Stay updated on trade licensing and documents policies and services to effectively address client inquiries.
  9. Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory requirements for business setup, including licenses, permits, and compliance with local laws, and assist clients in navigating legal procedures, documentation, and registration processes for business incorporation.
  10. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  11. Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven experience as a tele sales representative with in-depth knowledge of Main Land and UAE freezones (e.g., Meydan, RAKEZ, SRTIP, Ajman Freezone, etc.).
  2. Solid understanding of local business laws and regulations.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Familiarity with financial processes related to business setup.
  5. Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
  6. Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Knowledge of document clearing services is a plus.
  9. Fluency in languages, e.g., English and Arabic is preferred.
