Job Description
The Business Setup Advisor is responsible for guiding entrepreneurs, startups, and investors through the process of establishing and licensing their businesses in the UAE. This role requires a deep understanding of the region s legal frameworks, free zones, and regulatory requirements. Operating in a dynamic and client-facing environment, the advisor provides end-to-end consultancy services from initial planning and documentation to license issuance ensuring a smooth and compliant business formation experience.
Responsibilities:
Advising clients on the most suitable legal structures, license types, and jurisdictions (mainland, free zone, or offshore).
Managing the full business setup process including trade name registration, license applications, visa processing, and office leasing.
Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating documentation required by government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Keeping clients informed about updates to UAE business laws, economic policies, and setup procedures.
Building strong relationships with clients by providing transparent, responsive, and solution-oriented support.
Liaising with government departments such as DED, MOHRE, immigration, and free zone authorities.
Collaborating with internal departments including sales, operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless client service.
Meeting monthly targets related to client onboarding, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in business setup or corporate services, preferably within the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and jurisdiction-specific regulations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
