21st May, 2025Our client, a leading business consultancy in Dubai, is looking for a French-Speaking Business Set-Up Advisor to assist entrepreneurs and companies with company formation, licensing, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will guide clients through the process of establishing their businesses in the UAE, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Consultation Advise clients on suitable company structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their needs and industry requirements.
  • Licensing & Compliance Assist with obtaining business licenses, approvals, and permits while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Client Support Provide professional guidance to French-speaking clients, helping them understand the legal and operational aspects of business setup in Dubai.
  • Government Liaison Coordinate with free zones, government departments, and relevant authorities to facilitate business setup processes.
  • Documentation & Processing Handle company registration, visa applications, and other business-related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Market Research Stay updated on UAE business laws, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Experience Prior experience in business setup, company formation, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of UAE business laws, licensing authorities, and free zone regulations.
  • Communication Skills Excellent ability to explain complex processes in a clear and professional manner.
