Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic business relationship manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners. This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, market trends, and client needs to drive long-term business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to identify opportunities, manage partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction. This position plays a crucial role in strengthening client loyalty and ensuring the seamless execution of business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
  2. Identify business opportunities and drive growth by aligning company services with client needs.
  3. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to enhance business strategies.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences and address concerns proactively.
  5. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to maximize business value.
  6. Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  7. Create and deliver reports on business performance, relationship status, and future opportunities.
  8. Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and meetings to expand business connections.
  9. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  10. Monitor and evaluate business relationships to enhance long-term profitability and retention.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business relationship management, sales, or account management.
  3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Proven track record in building and maintaining successful business relationships.
  5. Ability to analyze data and make strategic business recommendations.
  6. Experience working with CRM software and business development tools.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.
