Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced ERP Business Process Transformation Lead in Abu Dhabi to drive large-scale ERP transformation programs, particularly on the Oracle Fusion Platform. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years in procurement and supply chain consulting.

The role involves analyzing existing processes, designing optimized workflows, and leading workshops with clients. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion and excellent communication skills are essential.

This is a 6-month initial contract with potential extensions.

6-month initial contract - with extensions. My client is looking for a highly experienced ERP Business Process Transformation Lead with deep expertise in procurement and supply chain to drive large-scale ERP transformation programs, preferably on the Oracle Fusion Platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current procurement and supply chain business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design optimized business processes aligned with Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities and strategic business goals.
• Lead client workshops to assess current processes and gather detailed requirements.
• Develop transition strategies and roadmaps from existing platforms to Fusion Procurement.
• Create and maintain detailed process maps and documentation to guide ERP configuration and implementation.
• Collaborate with system integrators and technical teams to ensure ERP configuration aligns with designed processes.
• Oversee integration of ERP with other business systems and applications.
• Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate system performance against business requirements.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions to new processes.
• Oversee development of training materials and provide end-user training on updated ERP processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring business objectives are achieved.
• Lead and mentor implementation teams, ensuring quality of design documentation and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years in procurement and inventory transformation consulting, with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise in process design, optimization, and transition planning for ERP programs.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules, including integration capabilities.
• Experience in developing RFPs and supporting vendor selection processes.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders on strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
