Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain consulting, with a proven track record of process improvement.
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt are highly desirable to validate expertise.
- Experience in the shipping industry, particularly with freight forwarding or e-commerce logistics, is essential.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to shipping markets is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
