About the role: The Business Partnerships Manager - Projects is responsible for managing projects, achieving revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts, and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success in this role requires strong project management and sales skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Role and Responsibilities: This strategic position offers a broader career trajectory with increased responsibilities and vertical expertise. The BPM-Projects will move beyond tactical tasks to become a key partner to the sales team, focusing on growth and value delivery within specific verticals, including centers of excellence and other industries. The role involves providing comprehensive visibility and ownership of vertical projects related to client campaigns and initiatives.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all ongoing vertical projects in relation to client campaigns and broader initiatives to maximize vertical impact.
2. Develop vertical expertise to contribute early-stage insights for bespoke executions, understanding which ideas suit the vertical, project planning approaches, success factors, and risk mitigation.
3. Identify sales opportunities to increase revenue for the team.
4. Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, especially on complex mega projects, acting as an extension of the sales team and a trusted partner for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially mobile and social media.
• Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Knowledge of third-party tracking implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus, given the target markets.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, creative thinker, and strategic planner.
