Job summary

NCR Atleos invites applications for a Business Operation Support Officer (Emirati National) to join our Customer Services Delivery team in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on administrative and operational support, handling records, invoicing, contracts and vendor communications.

Ideal candidates have a business administration degree, 1-2 years of experience, and strong English/Arabic communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office. UAE national Emiratisation program applies.

Responsibilities

• Edit and maintain up-to-date suppliers/clients records.
• Provide administrative support to clients on project basis.
• Prepare invoices/purchase orders and coordinate receipt from suppliers.
• Answer phones and respond to client/supplier inquiries.
• Create and maintain department database on operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on BOQ submissions and AMC finalization.
• Support contract finalization and renewal processes for network-related contracts.
• Manage post-approval administrative activities including documentation and contract execution.
• Ensure timely customer invoicing, vendor orders, and service renewal confirmations.
• Initiate Local Purchase Order (LPO) requests through ERP systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely order acknowledgments and renewals.
• Act as liaison between vendors, Finance, and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues.
• Monitor contract renewal timelines and procurement activity schedules.
• Manage end-to-end contract administration post-approval.
• Coordinate internal approval processes and required sign-offs.
• Handle hardcopy submissions, filing and documentation management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, vendor agreements and related documentation.

Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Manage end-to-end contract administration activities following customer approval.
• Coordinate internal approval processes and required sign-offs.
• Handle hardcopy submissions, contract collection, filing, and documentation management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, vendor agreements, and related documentation.

Who You Are

• University degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline.
• Good understanding of administration processes
• Can work on timely manner and able to work with deadlines.
• Ability to work within a team and as well as a standalone role.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• A good knowledge MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Pervious work in matrix organizations and/or multinational companies will be considered as an advantage.
