Job Description

As Oracle undergoes a significant transformation, focusing on Cloud as the core of its EMEA Technology business, the Business Operations Partner for the Client Growth Team Africa & LEENA Database Platform will play a crucial role. This position supports the Senior Sales Director in Casablanca, Morocco, by providing business insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to influence decisions.

The role requires managing multiple priorities and engaging with senior stakeholders across departments. It combines strategic and analytical skills, including leading transformation projects, developing strategies, interpreting data, and assessing business performance for sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive (SD) in preparing strategic assessments
  • Develop initiatives to increase sales
  • Provide key metrics for decision-making
  • Perform competitive analysis
  • Ensure process consistency within the region and help establish best practices
  • Assist in recruiting and organizational development
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR to monitor financial and People KPIs
Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience in a strategic consulting firm or business operations role
  • Experience managing large transformation processes
  • Ability to initiate and manage multiple projects in unstructured environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Teamwork capability
  • MBA qualification is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
