A leading company is seeking a Business Operations Executive for a 1-year contract in Dubai. This role involves data management, contract operations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Database & Sales Data Management:Data Accuracy & Consistency:Ensure data integrity for each point of sale (POS) in Apple systems, maintaining consistency in the structure of data across all regions.Collaboration with Local teams:Work closely with account managers and cross-functional team to provide quarterly insights into Partner and POS data accuracy and addressing significant data fluctuations.Partner Enrollment:Oversee the timely authorisation of new partners into the database, ensuring adherence to GMACC process and all documents are collated and attached as per global compliance.Contract Operations:Agreement Management:Issue, track, and process signed agreements through Apple’s systems, maintaining project trackers and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.Cross-Regional Coordination:Collaborate with both local and central Apple teams to ensure smooth contract operations across the MEA region.Channel Agreement Authorization:Assist with the upcoming re-authorization of channel agreements, ensuring the correct agreement is issued to the right Channel Members.Monobrand Appointment :Manage the process of sharing contractual communication with the partner or Distributor, ensure paperwork is collected by CPM and the SEA payment is processed with the compliant documentation.System Tools & Processes:System Understanding & Guidance:Quickly master Apple’s various systems and internal tools to support data flow and team operations.Partner access: Provide timely access to internal systems and ensure bi annual review of the access authorisations for each tool.Issue Resolution:Provide troubleshooting assistance to country teams, ensuring seamless tool usage and data outcomesSystem Optimization:Provide solutions where the data outcome is not as expected and develop in-depth expertise to act as the local Subject Matter Expert.Process Optimization:Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development:Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, reducing timelines, and increasing value.Process Mapping:Lead initiatives to document processes and ensure alignment across all regions with updated or existing procedures.Technology & Digital Initiatives:Digital Demo Content:Support the CPM with rollout of Digital Demo content across MEA, guiding teams on implementation.Compliance Reporting:Monitor and report on compliance levels for the Digital Catalogue across points of sale, providing quarterly updates on regional compliance.
