Business & Process Optimization:

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement roles.
- Experience in e-commerce, classifieds platforms, or pricing strategy is a must.
- Hands-on experience working with sales teams, performance tracking, and business process optimization or business growth.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and CRM management.
- Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Proficiency in Excel and data
