Business Navigator Manager | IKEA Yas Island

We are recruiting Business Analysts (Business Navigators) for our IKEA stores across the Middle East. As a Business Analyst, you will steer IKEA's growth and ensure long-term profitability by:

  1. Being driven by IKEA’s business idea, culture, and values, focusing on sustainable profitability.
  2. Acting as a proactive, trustworthy partner with a multidimensional view to lead in life at home.
  3. Identifying and evaluating business opportunities for informed decision-making.
  4. Supporting the development of new, simple ways of working.
  5. Providing standardized, user-friendly business information across all IKEA stores.

Utilize IKEA knowledge and local market insights to collaborate with Store Management, inspiring and supporting growth, performance, and profitability aligned with IKEA’s values.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
  • Commerce Graduate with experience in Audit and Software, or
  • University Degree in Business Administration
