• Business support: Set up meetings with potential clients in the region. Provide information about services/products offered by CITIC CLSA entities outside the ADGM/DIFC. Introduce/refer potential clients in the region to CITIC CLSA entities.
• Market intelligence: Gather intelligence on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Middle East. Assist business lines in formulating business strategies for the region.
• Local subsidiary setup: Liaise with local authorities and regulators to secure the required permissions/consents to set up subsidiaries in the UAE. Support project team in seeking CSRC’s clearances to set up new subsidiaries in the UAE.
• Others: Perform ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline(s).
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the financial or related industry.
• Familiarity with Middle East’s market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills with various stakeholders within and outside the firm.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and occasionally internationally.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

* The candidate will be hired by a vendor and work in the UAE on behalf of a CITIC CLSA entity.
