Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  1. Business support: Set up meetings with potential clients in the region. Provide information about services/products offered by CITIC CLSA entities outside the ADGM/DIFC. Introduce/refer potential clients in the region to CITIC CLSA entities.
  2. Market intelligence: Gather intelligence on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities in the Middle East. Assist business lines in formulating regional business strategies.
  3. Local subsidiary setup: Liaise with local authorities and regulators to secure permissions/consents for setting up subsidiaries in the UAE. Support project teams in obtaining CSRC clearances for new subsidiaries.
  4. Others: Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial or related industry.
  • Familiarity with Middle East market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills with various stakeholders within and outside the firm.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region and occasionally internationally.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
