Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage demand-side revenue responsibility for the BU X Market on the platform.
  2. Develop quarterly sales plans and monthly merchandising calendars.
  3. Create customer cohorts using data analysis to identify mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive groups based on lifetime purchase data by brand, product lines, revenue, and margin.
  4. Own the merchandising and catalog management on the platform by customer cohorts.
  5. Forecast inventory requirements based on current sales trends to ensure top sellers are always in stock.
  6. Collaborate with PG teams to ensure pricing and availability are consistently updated.
  7. Secure online-first brand selection for multiple subcategories.
  8. Analyze the impact of pricing, selection, and convenience changes across subcategories.
  9. Assist the partner ecosystem in transitioning to online commerce by providing insights to influence customer behavior.
  10. Track and analyze product assortment, category performance, and purchase pathways, including product reviews and market trends, to identify opportunities for customer-centric merchandising decisions.
  11. Enhance the customer purchase and search experience in alignment with business and vendor marketing strategies.
  12. Recommend strategies to increase revenue or margins through cross-selling, upselling, and promoting higher-margin products.
  13. Collaborate with platform development and brand teams to understand their vision and provide data-driven insights.
  14. Work with the CRM team to activate campaigns aligned with the merchandising calendar.
Job Requirement

Experience in e-commerce is a must.
