Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Manager Business Set-Up to lead and manage the end-to-end process of business incorporation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company formation procedures (mainland, free zone, offshore), licensing requirements, and regulatory frameworks within the UAE. This role requires strong leadership, operations management, and client relationship skills to ensure smooth business setup for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business setup team and oversee all aspects of company formation including mainland, free zone, and offshore setups.
- Manage client consultations to understand their requirements and provide tailored business setup solutions.
- Liaise with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zones, etc.) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage timelines and deliverables to ensure efficient processing of trade licenses, visas, and other documentation.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve turnaround time and service quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in local laws, regulations, and business setup trends.
- Supervise and coordinate with PROs, document controllers, and setup executives.
- Collaborate with internal departments (legal, finance, HR) for seamless client onboarding.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare periodic reports, and present to senior management.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-level service and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in the business setup service line and support business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in the UAE business setup industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE government processes (DED, Free Zones, Immigration, MOHRE, etc.).
- Proven team management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using CRM and business process tools.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance aspects of business incorporation.
- Established relationships with free zone and government authorities.
