Responsibilities (Text Only)
- You will drive business direction for the leadership team, as well as develop and carry out the rhythm of business (ROB). You’ll also execute business plans to ensure continuous operations in both normal and adverse conditions. - You will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to oversee the creation and implementation of strategy execution plans, while ensuring alignment across groups. You will also leverage organizational strategy knowledge to design upcoming budgets. - You will provide leadership support by ensuring business activities are aligned with their goals. This will involve leveraging key partnerships to drive leadership agenda and give strategic advice, and supporting one or more key business management areas. - You will monitor organizational health, respond to team culture issues, and lead cultural initiatives. This will involve planning and executing trainings, ensuring a healthy compliance scorecard, and identifying team strengths and development areas. - You will drive cross-team projects as needed to meet changing business requirements and manage complex business needs. You also may act as a project manager to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts.
