Business Intelligence Data Analyst (UAE National Only)

This position under Citi Global Wealth will play a role in transforming data into strategic insights that guide decision-making across the organization. It will assist in developing and measuring product performance metrics for the Citi Global Wealth franchise. The role will partner closely with the Private Bank, Wealth at Work, Citigold businesses, and product teams to deliver metric/KPI reporting and foster a data-driven culture.

The ideal candidate will have BI experience within financial services, with the ability to conduct multi-phase projects.

• Proficient in programming tools such as SQL, Python, etc., for exploratory and confirmatory data analysis on large datasets.
• Translate data into insights to drive product performance metrics, communicating findings effectively to business partners and senior leaders.
• Continuously improve processes by exploring new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
• Engage with business partners to understand priorities, develop context, and propose solutions.
• Work with internal and external partners to build, implement, and improve decision strategies.

Qualifications we need from you

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields, with relevant industry experience.
• 2-4 years of banking experience.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and be detail-oriented.
• Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and visualization.
