Job Description:

We're looking for a self-driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) professional to help us turn data into decisions.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, deliver meaningful insights, and build reports that drive action. You will report to the Sr. Manager of BI within the Product, Growth, and Data teams, all led by our Head of Product.

This role requires ownership, autonomy, and the ability to manage priorities independently. You will manage stakeholders, identify opportunities in data, and ensure the accuracy of reports.

It is important that you can operate independently and quickly understand our business model to shape your analysis without constant guidance.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business teams to understand problems and translate them into data tools or insights.
• Pull and analyze data using SQL and other tools. Build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Metabase, etc.
• Maintain data quality to ensure reliable insights.
• Manage requests and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Identify trends and opportunities proactively.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business partners to improve reporting and data processes.
• Help prioritize BI projects and manage data requests effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or similar roles.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying complex datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to say no and explain decisions.
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch priorities efficiently.
• Bonus: Experience with Python, data modeling, and MixPanel.

Location: Remote from Pakistan & Dubai
Experience: 4+ years
Salary: Tax-free

Timings: Monday to Friday (10 am to 7 pm), with Friday WFH
