Position Title: Business Incubator Manager

About the Client: A prominent holding company in Dubai, with a diversified portfolio of businesses which includes real estate, contracting, trading, automotive, and logistics.

Job Description:

1. Taking the lead in the day-to-day operation of the co-working space, business center and overall coordination within the departments.
2. Developing, implementing, and managing the incubator programs, ensuring alignment with the needs of clients.
3. Managing and coordinating all aspects of facility maintenance (cleaning, repairs, etc.) to ensure all facilities are readily available for clients.
4. Designing and overseeing the training materials and workshops for topics like business strategy, product development, marketing, and consulting.

Qualifications:

1. 28-40 years old, with very good English communication skills.
2. Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years relevant experience in business operation, within real estate or related industry.
3. Must have experience as a team lead/business manager within co-working spaces or business centers.
